Hi, my sister got married on 2003 nearly 12 years completed. she had one daughter -age 7 and one son age 10.Her husband is physically and mentally torturing her daily. (he is little physcho).she is living past one month in our parent home only. she is not like to continue to live with him hereafter. she is decided to send divorce notice to him. i want know what is the procedure and how to handle divorce notice and all the things...what i need to do 1st step.?
