Need ur kind opinion

Dear Respected lawyers,

I have my NI138, 2 cases filed on Mar 2011 and the process is going on. One case - Hon'ble Judge issued a Bailable warrant to the Accused and the other case- I have to give a sworn on next 15/02/2012.

My company allotted me a project  in UAE for the next 2 years. I am going with my family in the month of March 2012. My father is aged and he cannot handle this case. So my question is that Can I give GPA to my father in-law to appear on behalf of me? I have all the transaction bank statement to the accused. He knows all the dealings happened and he is well aware of this case. Is the court accept to appear my father in-law on behalf of me?? If not, Please give me the practical solution.

Thanks in advance for all who is answering my query,

Regards,

Kumar.

You would have to present yourself for cross.

Rest of the things can be taken care by your lawyer.
