Need urgent help

Probably your subsequent relief of compensation is barred under order 2 rule 2 of c.pc. but you have a right to file an amendment application under order 6 rule 17 of the c.p.code. But I think you proper remedy lies by a filing a writ applicatioin under article 226 of the constitution of India.

I have an issue and I think I am trapped in this. Im seeking help from you is because I feel that I cant trust the lawyer I approach outside because he might contact the opposite lawyer and make a deal and also keep on removing money out of me and I dont have that much money to pay.

The thing is that I earlier used to stay at Marol ( Andheri East) 7 Years back. I had a flat which was under me and my fathers name. My father passed away due to Illness after which I sold that flat and shifted to Malvani ( Malad W). At that time I had a girlfriend named ( Sheetal Thakur), I had actually planned to marry her so when I purchased the house in a chawl I also added her name on the notary agreement. The Total amount paid to the builder was mine which I got after I sold the flat in marol. After some time  there were a bit diffrences between me and my girlfriend, she started emotionally torturing me for things, then she got friends who were totally into drinking and partying. I didnt like all this and this was making me mad . I expressed my grevience towards this alot of time. later one day I told her that I want to break off. I had given her the home agreement to keep it with her for some time but when we broke off I asked her to return the agreement . She gave it back to me. And we were done with the relation.

while we were together I wanted a bike but at that time I didnt have any credibility in the financial market but she had so I had asked her to take a bike loan on her name but I will pay for the down payment and also all the EMIs. She took the loan and I paid 10000 as DP and used to pay 1850 rs every month as EMI.I used to diposit this amount in cash in her account every month until one day I got a call from the bank stating that they didnt recieve 3 EMIs. later I found out that what ever amount I used to diposit in her account, she used to withdraw it for her social expences. Because of which I stopped paying the EMI. Then after the break off one day she came to me to ask for the pending EMIs for the bike so I told her to take the bike but she never returned after that.

Now its been 6 years im not in touch with her in this 6 years I fell in love with another girl and Im married for 2 years now. And today I received a notice from an Advocate stating that her client Sheetal Thakur claims that wile taking the house she had borrowed money from her friends for Rs 10,00000 and she paid for the house. I dont thinks so she has any proof for this but yes I do have the proof because soon after I sold the house from Marol I made the payment for the new house.

I dont know why she is doing this and how come suddenly after 6 years she is claiming this . The only mistake that I did at that time was that after our breakoff I didnt remove her name from the agreement. now she only has the photocopy of that agreement however the orignal agreement is with me and the notice the advocate also states that  Sheetal Thakur states that I forcibly took the agreement from her and warned her of dire consequences. wherein  this is all false and incorrect.

I consulted and showed this letter to an Advocate in My vicinity and he told that I have to settle this and If I try to work on facts and reply her back . She being a Girl can also file a rape case against her.

I want to know that is it illegal to be in a relation and can a girl turn back after 6 years of breakoff and accuse you of raping her .

And what should I do in regards to my house.

Im scared with legal terms that is why I need help from you experts.
