what was the defence taken by accused?

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate)     17 August 2017

If it has been proved by evidence of pw1 that disputed cheque was issued by accused against debt or liability and has been dishonoured by bank for the reasons which attracts sec 138 of N.I..Act then no need to examine another witness.

Court papers are required to be examined. If other witnesses are relevant then only produce them.
