Neighbour Encroachment On Common Passage

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

Neighbour from both sides of my flat have encroached on common passage..

In my sales deed it is clearly mentioned that some square feet of the area has been alloted to me being a common passage and on that both neighbours have encroached by placing grills & gates.

I tried to speak to society members who spoke to them but they dont listen to any of them.

How shall i deal with ?

what legal course shall i take ?

Regards,
Vijay

Get a Police complaint and file S. 144 crpc petition. Aside file a declaration and injunction suit.

You have to file suit for injunction ( mandatory and prohibitory ) and get restrained neighbours.
