News Link in website (RSS Feed)

Learned Members I have one web site of my small law firms , now I need to add regular updates , news from RSS feed in my site. Kindly tell me whether it is permissible to add such RSS feed in copy right law If yes can I add RSS feed from Zee news, ndtv , other site…..where in its terms and condition mentioned as – For example in news of Times of India :- Terms- RSS is a free service offered by TIL to individuals for personal, non-commercial use by the user. For syndication of content by the Times Of India Group, please visit Indiatimes Syndication. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. Clearly mentions that you can use it for your PERSONAL or NON-COMMERCIAL use only.

Whereas, adding them on your website will benefit you, and hence it is commercially used.

I think you may go for NEWS widget, they are specially made to use in other websites.

Kindly, rectify me if i have erred in my view.
