1.As on date there is non -compliance of Central Information
Commission decision(s) despite earlier e-mail forwarded to you dated
5th July 2013.
2.In respect of CIC/DS/A/20132/2304 dated 15th July 2013 attached
letter of CPIO Mr. Chulet dated 9th August 2013 is received by speed
post.However no "duly attested copy of C.R." has been received,as
claimed to be attached by NIACL R.O. Jaipur ,CPIO,Mr. Chulet. The
scanned document signed by Mr chulet shows no attachment as there
would have been two small holes in the left corner caused by stapler
in the event of it being accompanied with attachment.
3.In fact and in substance,,there is deliberate and isubstantial
non-compliance of four orders of Central Information Commission.There
is no intention to divulge information.
