Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation has been issuing notices to recover Property Tax from the Owners in the area who have rented their premises.
Notices are issued to recover 50% of the annual rent that has been paid.
Is NMMC justified in doing so??
Under what provision of law they are charging such huge amount towards the property tax???
what is the way out??
