divorce can be filed on the ground of desertion.

the ground of desertion can be flattened by wife by alleging cruelty / harassmane / dowry demand.

interium maintenance will be given to wife during the pendency of the case.

if wife contests the divorce petition of husband, the case will go on for years.

498a / DV may be expected from wife's end if divorce is filed.

RCR is a futile remedy.

if she does not want to live with you, whats the use of filing RCR ? int. maint. will also be applicable if u file RCR.

Do you have some documentary proofs that you tried to bring her back. That would make your case stronger.

In any case, a divorce suit under Sec 13(1)(i-b) on the grounds of desertion is made out, file for the same.
