Hello Respected members of forum and Lawyers,
I have a commercial place in Mumbai and planning to rent out to bank atm. As a formality bank has asked to get a NOC from Society. I have given the request in writing to Society Commitee and have an acknowledgement of same. Subsequently they have asked me for more details of the banks proposal which I have submitted.
It is already 2 rounds and they still do not have any signs of giving me noc. I am really frustated way they are passing the time. Bank is also not willing to give me any extra time as it is almost a month now.
What is the legal course of action to expedite for Society for issuance of NOC.
