No limitation to file accident cases. First it was two years from the date of accident, but it is removed.

If a persons is travelling with a valid ticket in a Memu train wherein no water/latrine facilities are provided and if he gets down at a station for urination and while climbing back in a moving train fell down and gets injured,is he he entitled to get compensation? Can the inury be termed as a self-inflicted injury and not by untoward incident?
