Noc against credit card settlement

Hi can anyone please confirm what is the normal time a bank takes to issue NOC post settlement of a credit card payment ? Also are there any rules pertaining to the interest charges leived by the banks on credit cards ? Also what is the difference between a NOC post settlement and a Settlement completion letter and what is valid ?

File RTI Application and seek those points as information from any of the Private sector banks that are having credit cards : Ex: Central Bank of India, State Bank of India. Search website of that bank , study RTI segment, locate Central Public Information officer and seek such information.

Members are not competent to provide such information as it differs from bank to bank and the circumstances and facts of each case.
