Noc from court for passport

A criminal case pending against me is at trial stage. Presently I am out on bail and there is no restriction on movement or possession of passport in the bail order. I had applied for fresh passport, passport office has asked for "NOC from court" and has kept my application on hold, can anyone share me format for "NOC from court".

You must file application before your concern court through your Advocate on record and get order from court for the same. Said order shall be considered as NOC for the same as there is no specific format for the same.
