1. Every State Courts have Legal Aid Services Centre. Check with them for providing Legal Aid. Now a days there is no such upper limit for needy women to grant a State Councel on state subsidised expenses to you.
2. There is a unique concept called BPL = "Below Powerty Line" which is a card / certificate issued by a Govt. official rank and file of Excuitve Magistrate / Special Divisional Mgistrate or even by Magistrate Second Class. Recollecting your older posts think loud to try for such Card / Certificate.
