I Have query i took an idea postpaid no. in pune and after 2 year i changed my postpaid plan from 299 to 999. but after some time idea care changed my plan 999 to 199 without my confirmation. because of that i got large amount of bill. so i mail to idea customer care and request to again change my previous plan . so they told me via mail that "We wish to inform you that your complaint against bill plan dispute has been initiated with effect from 26th September 2013 and same shall be processed by 04th October 2013." but they not change my plan.
after i send many mail to idea care and also put complain on 198 but they replies that we analyse your matter and get you call back.but i not resived any call from them.
i told them that plz provide me write bill and i'll pay your all outstanding.
but thay stop all of my serves of idea no.
now they call me on another no. and told to take legal action, so i replied and say i have all of proof that i was not changed my plan .but they don't wan't to listen.
they told me i gave him confirmation on call to changed the plan. so i request them to again listen tha call recording and the basis of recording we take decision if i am wrong so i'll pay your all bill. but they refued and say this gonna be not happend and you have to pay all bill.
so why i pay wrong bill ??? this is not legal and not my mistake.
so plz guide me what i have to do????????????????????
