Not allowed by commercial co-op society!

A owner of a compact office premises in Mumbai is deprived by the MC members to grab it under the pretext that it's illegal though the owner is a founding member of it.

This has resulted in sever financial losses due to forced closure of running business besides mental torture.

To stop the lawful owner power supply to his office was cut and he is not allowed to install a new electricity meter sanctioned by the BEST in Mumbai.

Please advice the remedy. TIA

He can approach co-operative court with a suit for permanent injunction against the society and establish his rights as per law.

More details are necessary to appreciate the situation. Is the Society completely made of commercial units or is it a housing society in which there are commercial units also. The byelaws will be different for the two types of units. The narration also contains half-truths. One should not venture an opinion in such cases.
