not pay monthly emi due to covid19

I finance a bike from Bajaj finance. due to lock down I not paid emi. they cal me and misbavice me and my family. they say they have a right to hard recovery. I have a voice recording they threating me. what can I do.

Get the matter sorted out amicably.

Legally financier can repossess the bike for non-payment or default of repayment.

Yes, they can repossess but are not authorised to take law in their hands.

You may make a complaint to RBI stating facts.
