Not raped if consented by girl for marriange promised

It is now become fashion that enjoy with anyone and blame on a choiced person that he had promised to marry and now not marrying the girl is a victim of rape. If the girl was in more than one relationship so obviously she will opt for marriage the better she think andif the choiced was not knew her other relationship of the girl so what ? And if he come to know and refuse to marry that girl so ??

Now a landmark decision has been given by the Nagpu bench of Maharashtra High Court yesterday that if there was consent ofthe girl to have s*x even under promise of marriage it is not rape. The lower court had awarded 7 years imprisonment but the high court has established this.

A question here is that; it was not known to anyone that what was the deal in yesterday evening between a man and a prostitute and if in morning she go to Police Station claimming that the man had promised her that he will marry her in morning but the man is now not marrying????????????

I welcome this dcision of nagpur high Court.

but sc already told that such cases are equal to rape.

now what will be the position?

it is expected that a man and a woman will go on intercourse after marriage.

if they go before that, ofcourse it is there personal liberty.

under what condition they went on such an act is subject to evidence.

without proper evidence it is to say that it is rape,- is equal to kill the just.

Earliar the then CJI Mr. KG Balkrishnan held in Khushbu case that nothing is unlawful in live in relationship if they are going to marry each other. Ok. and what if they never go to marry so is it unlawful?? And what if they are in a live in relationship and decide in mutual consent that they will not marry each other and goes separated and again they go in nother live in relationship so can the girl claim for marriage with the first guy?? OR will it be held agains the first guy that he has committed rape on that girl??????????

Occasionaly, really it is a great feel that now that man KG Balkrishnan is no more on our head as a untreatable headache. WOW.. THANK GOD.....

Now how that Consent for Marriage could be legally established. If documented will there be any agreement to mention about physical relationship. Highly absurd indeed.

Dear Mr. Parthasarathi, Im sorry a confusion took place in my first posting. It was not "Consent for marriage" but it was claim of the girl that "She had given consent for s*x since the boy had promised her that he will marry her since the boy is now not marrying her and so he should be punished holding for rape". And Nagpur Bench of Maharashtra court held that it was not a rape since there was consent by girl for s*x and promise for anything including promise for marriage is immaterial.
