i want to send a legal notice,so please post your esteemed comments.i parked my motor cycle in government hospital and bought a token for that and entered into the hospital. when i returned i found my vehicle missing. when i asked , they didnt responded. i registered a complaint to the nearest police station. now i want sue him for his negligence and his loose activity.so need a legal notice to initiate the suit

If you have parking slip in your possesion, you can. Approach your lawyer.
Lodge an FIR and include your complaint that parkit lot owner did nopt cooperate. Let the police fix responsibility.
