Notice period calculation during summer holidays

hi experts,


i am teaching in a private school and i am a confirmed employee and getting the salary according to 6th pay commision. Now i am thinking of resigning during the first week of may and our notice period is three months. so i would like to know wheter the 1 and half month summer vacation will be counted in the notice period or not? let me know
