It is your choice whether to accept the IBM's Extension or Stay with Artech, it is more of a general question, nothing to do with any violations of law unless and until IBM did not paid you for your 1 month service.

sir i actually resigned from Artech now. they are not ready to give reliving letter after serving one month notice period.

THe reason they are telling is IBM is not accepting

Your employer is Artech.

You must have submitted notice of resignation and must have obtained acknowledgment.

You have served the notice period.

Probably due to work exigencies IBM is asking Artech for your availability, and all this is verbally.

Your employer should communicate in writing to you whatever they wish.

You may express yourself to your reporting authorities and settle amicably.

otherwise you have  resigned and you can demand your payouts,F&F,work experience certificate,PF accumulation report,form16,work experience certificate, releivng letter.

You may raise your claim under receipt from  your employer. If you re not satisfied you may submit in writing to your appointing authority,MD,CEO,COO,Head-HR,Company secretary. If you are not provided relief you can raise greivance with the regional office of labour commissiner in your town.

Thank u  Kumar,

I will adhere all the ways you have told.

I have sent them mail.  mail is enough are any written communication in letters is required.

To file a greiviance in Labour commisioner office whether any lawyer need to be consulted or can i go directly.

Once again i thank you for your reply.

Emails are accepted. However it shall be appropriate to submit a detailed written representation and obtain acknowledgment from reception of the company where all mails are received, under original seal and signature with date, or by registered post.

You can file complaint on your own,or thru labour onsultant.

It shall be better to consult an experienced labour consultant/service lawyer/law firm.

They shall draft everything for you.
