Ex secretory ( LAdis Commeetee ) of Our Hsg. Soc. was not handling work properly and also not responding to members in proper manner. further to this she has not called AGM from last Three years nighter submitted balace sheet to the mebmers. so in the month of July 2011 we had called Members meeting and force to give resignation.
that leady has given resignation and also handed over accounts from 1st april 2011 to 31st july 2011 but she is avoiding to submitt Audited balance sheets and books of accounts of last three years
we are regularly keeping follow up for documents and balance sheet but not responding
now we donts have last three years balance sheets , books of accounts in our office record and she is always giving reson that our auditor is not giving this record. so we contacted to auditor but she is also not answering properly.
