I had Prepared POA in A4 paper and attested from Indian Embassy Oman. But sub registrar Cheruppa,Kozhikode has refused to register , They said this POA has to be prepared in bond paper which has the value of Rs 300/- to register.
Please can you advise , What should I do now.

yes it true POA shall be prepared on bond paper and shall be drafted properly....

Contact indian consulate for the same they may guide you for the same where the poa is executed outside india
