Null and void divorce

Dear Sir, Madam,

HMOP 529 /2014

Case : Null and Void Divorce (Vikraman Vs Gayathri)

Court: Tambaram Family Court

Loak Adalat was conducted and they given the date to move the case to court on Dec.3rd. 2015. Due to rain and heavy floods, court was closed. The next hearing date is not announced till now. When i appraoch my advocate , She told that they kept the case bundle some where and searching for it. Whom i can approach to get the next date? . I am in Bangalore, so difficult follow-up on this regard. I appreciate if anybody can help on this.

you can approach the clerk in the court office for information and also the details would be put up in the court notice board

They are not responding properly. I had been there today..Any other way to get the date..pls help.

I heard that most of the cases of that day stands posted to Jan 2016.

I had been to the court and enquired with clerk. They lost the diary and searching for. Thar diary only has the information of where the bundle is in the court. All are vacation and they asked me to come to court after 4th of jan. There is no information board..only circulars are there. There is no standard approach and guidance..some of you should work with union or association and bring strong policy and procedures. This is humble reqquest to the lawers club.
