why are women not attracted to this line?

If a gender disagreegated data base like this is prepared, in almost all professional courses women would remain lower in number. Women would possibly be higher in number for school teachers, nurses and secretaries, receptionist, etc. . Hence I am not surprised that women are lesser in number in this noble profession . The reasons are not so vague....
