Obc ncl certificate after 10 days from crucial date upsc capf

Since you hve already applied with the old certificate, you may wait for the decision to be taken by the UPSC authorities, if they reject the application for  rendition of old format certificate, you may give a statement on affidavit with the reasons for not submitting the new format and try to push with the newly obtained certificate with a request ot conodne the act

However, it is a procedural but not a legal issue.

UPSC is generally liberal in such matters and selection, already completed. are not annulled on mere technical grounds.

Thankyou respected sirs for your reply , My candidature for interview was cancelled prior 6 days from date of interview 10 june 2024 for upsc capf AC 2023 and last date for sitting of board is 14 june 2024.
Is there anything i can do. Pls help me , i m really confused.

You have the option approach  the Central Administrative Tribunal.
