Thanks for the promt reply. Is it possible to get stay order within 20days. And if I get the stay from HC within 20 days what is the next step my wife advocate could frame to put me in problem. What point can my advocate frame to put her into trouble. As per the orders from the judge she had to get my daughter in court to meet but she didn't turn up. Appricate your advice in advance. Pls guide .....

You are seeking second opinion/advise for your case which is/are already pending before various Court(s) filed/ contested throgh your lawyer, isn't it? What is his/her opinion/advise? Have faith in your lawyer.

Your questions are on against interim maintenance awarded and under execution or review of the amount of award? You seem to be confused, therefore, seek opinion and advise of some "prundent and senior" local lawyer with case file for proper analysis and guidance.

My question is for interim maintenance which i have to pay to my child. I have put the order for review in bombay high Court and it's on pre admission stage. I am not denying to pay the amount but my issue is I am having salary of 13000 and order is passed for 7000. I have my mother as dependent on me from where will I bear the expense my wife earns 200000per month plus is financial strong she is MBA holder left house on her own will court asking for stay order from HC or else I have to pay 75000 within 20 days plz help is it easy to avail stay order..??

I have submitted my original documents sir and why should I manipulate with them. Have given my office address also. My mistake is only that I am a male I have to proove to everyone including this forum that I am innocent.. I had thought I will get some genuine suggestions from this forum
