This is with regard to occupancy certificate for an aparment in Yelahanka, Bnagalore. The certificate from BBMP says S+G+3 upper floors
Stilt floor, Ground floor (32 units), First floor (32 units), Second floor (32 units), Thirs floor(32 units)
The builder for the convenience of sales has renamed it as
Stilt, Ground floor as 1st upper floor, First floor as 2nd upper floor, Second floor as 3rd upper floor and Third floor as 4th upper floor. This has not been shown in the BBMP documents
I am planning to buy in the 4rth floor. Is it advisable to buy. I have have already made the sale agreement. Kindly advise
