1 ) Do all flats / apartments in Bangalore required to get Occupancy Certificate from BBMP once the consturction of building is completed by builder?
2) What are the consequences when the builder after getting the Occupancy certificate from concerned dept. instead of issuing Possession Certificate ( Sometime referred to as Handover Certificate) directly registers the property in buyer's name by filing registered sale deed.
