Dear Sir, One of my friend being Pharma Distrubuter..extended credit or site of a month on supply of medicine to retailer counter owned and run by a RMP doctor of a remote village..but she is not at all paying the bill in time and she is asking for further supply of medicine on credit..my friend got wexed with her attitude as she kept pending the payment of Rs. 7000/- since7months. Ocassionally ..on frequent demands, she use to pay small amounts . In this context my friend want to take legal action against her..please suggest us.
