ONCE THE MATTER IS POSTED FOR JUDGEMENT, IS ADVANCING & RECALLING OF THE CASE IS ALLOWED?! Kindly advise with proper citation, act, enactment of law & procedures.. If it's done by any court without any valid reasons / strong grounds , what's the legal remedy available... Thanks Raj
