Announcing the OROP- ONE RANK ONE PENSION -- ONLY for the MILITARY PENSIONERS- is a welcome gesture of the GOI towards the Armed Forces Pensioners- that is those who are/were in the Army, Navy or Air force; In India, the GO|, as and when necessitates, it makes out a Uniformed Force, and then call it as an Armed Force of the UOI, and does not in fact extend all the facilities and perks as applied and or applicable to the Armed Forces , but for name sake they call them as Armed Forces-- for example- the CPOs/CPMFs/RPF,CISF, Coast Guard, but when the GOI comes into picture for reservations in the education quota, or in recruitment quota, these Forces have no percentage or berth in any of the professional courses admissions, or in the recruitment policy, only because they are NOT being termed as Ex-Serviceman or Ex-Army Personnel, etc. At least the NCC cadets with 'C' certificate are being recognised in these aspects. LET THE GOI , AT LEAST NOW, THINK PROSPECTIVE AND OR IN THE ANTICIPATION OF/LIKE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE , FORETHOUGHT THE ISSUE OF OROP INDUCTION INTO ALL THE CPOS/CPMFS/RPF AND SO ON AND VISUALISE THE AFTER AFFECTS/EFFECTS IN NEAR FUTURE...
NOW A DAYS, UNLIKE, OLDEN DAYS, ANY PERSON , AFTER RETIREMENT OR OTHERWISE, IS ALWAYS, AND IN ALL THE WAYS TRYING TO TAKE LEAN TOWARDS ONE OR THE OTHER POLITICAL PARTY AND GAINING ENTRY TO GET THEIR PROBLEMS RESOLVED AND GET THEIR DEMANDS FULFILLED AND GET ARREARS AT PAR WITH OTHER SISTER ORGANISATIONS......THIS GOVT., AT LEAST AFTER OVER 40 YEARS OF THEIR DEMAND HAS RESOLVED TO ANNOUNCE THE OROP -- WITH WHATEVER MAY BE THE CONSEQUENCES ON ITS FUTURE DEMANDS, AND CLARIFICATIONS/CORRECTIONS AND MODIFICATIONS AND SO ON..... WE PRESUME THAT THE GOI SHALL THINK ON THESE ABOVE LINES ALSO.
FURTHER LEANINGS HAVE ALREADY STARTED POURING TO PRESSURIZE THE GOI TO CONCEDE FOR OROP FOR ALL CENTRAL GOVT. PENSIONERS.... HATS OFF! A nice decision, timely taken by the NCJCM/Staff Side... WE , the RPF Pensioner's Welfare Association, South Central Railway, Secunderabad extend our full support for this demand. In this regard for OROP, As Railway Protection Force Pensioners, we are also demanding the same parity with that of the other Armed Forces of the Central Govt.like CPOs/CPMFs and the Military/Army,Navy, and Air Force pensioners since 2012. But nothing has been moved in this direction so far.
What the Military Personnel were doing in their service , we also did the same as Armed Force personnel-RPF and the other CPOs/CPMFs also did their JOB as assigned to them from time to time... As rightly commented by the President of AIRRF, Sri. Y.N. Sastry, the Railways and the RPF are always stand as Forefront Force personnel to transport the Military Personnel, men and materials and the Vehicles from one place to the other during peacetime or in emergency, without RPF and the Railwaymen , nothing can be moved, airlifting / sea transport is a alternative to Railways working System. This is welcome gesture that the JCM and the NFIR, AIRRF have come forward openly for the demand of OROP to them and to all C.G pensioners.... Why this type of discrimination and differential treatment within the C.G. System of working...we pray the GOI to think with open mindedness and resolve this OROP to all the C.G. pensioners..
