Hi All,
My marriage is not consummated.
I have filed RCR and wife filed Annulment of marriage U/S 12 HMA.Hearing is on next date.
In between this she has sent Interim Maintenance notice through her counselor asking for maintenance 10K,
also asking salary slip, From 16- IT returns, their counselor fees 25K, defamation 5L and Very important thing CD where my evidence is presence as her statements.
1. Is it possible one side asking for annulment and other side asking for maintenance??
2. Do I need to submit the proofs to other party with list of documents like audio, video and photos etc. which I have already submitted in the court?
What would be a good solution?
Please suggest me how to proceed further.
