One Sided Divorce Plea

My Friend is Married for One Year and One Month Now, Out of Which She has Stayed for just One month with Her Husband. Her Husband Works Abroad. Now She Wants Divorce as it's a Loveless Marriage for Her. She Knows That Divorce by Mutual Consent is a Way But What if Her Husband Refuses to Give Her Divorce ... What are the Options in that Scenario ?

Ask her to talk to her husband and try to resolve the issue amicably as far as possible. MCD is the best way if nothing is left in the marriage. If he is not ready and she is firm on divorce then, consult a local lawyer with complete facts to assess if some other ground is available.

Adv Ms Archana's reply to the query seems to be conducive, however, dear Suny, please confirm if there was any cruelty from his side to her?, whether the mere non-cohabitation is the reason? or whether the marriage was not consummated? because there are solutions for every item accordingly.

There was no cruelty from any side, the only point is that she married due to family pressure and now, even after an year, she's not in love and has no intention of continuing the marriage. Will she get divorce on this loveless marriage ground?
