bank file case on our client for recovery of loan in co operative court . we applied for rbi's one time settelemt scheme to bank in last year . bank gave us 15,65,000/- amount and said that deposite this amount in 10 days in bank. in rbi guidlines you can pay ots amount in one year period. also on our account amount is 14,10,000/- . so we made application in court in present case we r ready to pay amount as per as rbis guidline. court rejects our application , reasoning application is premature and full fledged trial is required .
matter is for our evidence . applicants (bank) evidence is closed now . how it is possible for full fledge trial now. what shall i do for my client. any one having judgments on this.
