-Purchased Spice G6550 mobile from HOMESHOP18 found to be defective and not working as per specification.
- Spice authorised service centre could not rectify defects. Subsequently Homeshop18 picked up the mobile at their Noida office for servicing.
-Since last 20 days mobile is with HS18 and now they informed me after 20 days that returned mobile is in damaged condition and I have to pay the cost of repairing.
-I donot agree with HS18 and seek advice on whether legal action can be initiated and what is the procedure.
