My cousin brother have one kid (baby girl) of 3 years. His wife having affair with her office colleague from last 6 months. My brother caught them by taping her mobile phone and one face book message in which it was clear that both of them having affair. She has also accepted about her affair. Now he want divorce from her. With help of recorded calls and Face book message, does my brother will get the custody of his kid. Any compensation he has to pay her. Please advise. Thanks & Regards
