Order Passed Two Times? Will it be a question of Law in SLP?

Dear Experts,

In a review proceedings Section 114, CPC Order 47 Rule 1, The Learned Judge while delivering the Order in the open court Dictated " Review rejected, reasons Recorded Separetly". This was the one line order and it was posted on the website of the Hon'ble Court.

The Party applied for a certified copy of the order. It was given to the party.

Later on the one more order was passed mentioning reasons of review rejected.

My question is can a Judge Pass two order for rejecting review. In order he says reasons recorded separately and in the second order he mentions the reasons.

Is this a question of Law for SLP?

does nay one have some judgement on the same. i remember that in an appeal similar things had happened and the Hon'ble Apex court directed the Lower court to register a fresh appeal and dismissed the earlier two order.

Please help,
