Original land sale deed is not returned by developer

Dear Respected Members,

Please, can you guide me what should be best and quick way to get workaround for following.

Builder promoised to give sale deed and 7/12 extract on my name for one of plot investment. since plot was less size, he clubbed 5 members to make it 12000 sq ft agri nonNA land.  Somehow I asked him that if he gives me original sale deed then only I will buy.  He agreed for that.  

Now in sale deed he just put amount which I paid (whcih was just for my plot of 3000 sq ft) as whole 12000 sq ft .. (i.e. no other members payment shown in sale deed. )  Somehow after sale deed was over, he took sale deed in pretext to get 7.12 extract resolution. and then he is not ready to return.

Other members are relatives of each other and I have max portion among them, and paid all amount in white. but I dont know what to do next to get orignal sale deed back and what might be risks which I need to take care. 

I want some short quick way so that they will not create trouble to me. I dont want to create any trouble to them. but they are big shots and not paying any heed to my requests of returning. They are telling do what you want. they dont care.  they just say, you have xerox copy of sale deed and original 7.12 extract from Maharashtra govt       site. we wiull not give you original sale deed.

also, in 7.12 extract other guys name is there as main person and not mine.

sale deed has only all payments (neft) done by me and no one else's payment is shown. 

 

please, let me know... I dont want to fight with those guys,. I juyst want my original sale deed.. please suggest some trick so that they will not play around.  This land was taken by taking loan of 15-16% ... with builder only knows ...how much pain efforts putin by me to arrange finance.

A draft Sale Deed, containing full details of the parties, advance amount paid, mode of balance amount payable, receipt of the balance amount by the seller, handing over the original documents of the property, handing over the possession of the property, handing over the authorization letter to transfer power and water meters, signing of the application for transfer of Khatha, title of the seller of the property, indemnifying the purchaser in case of defect in the title, easement rights, will be prepared by the purchaser's advocate. Such draft Sale Deed should be captioned as draft Sale Deed and shall be signed by the purchaser's advocate.

A copy of the draft Sale Deed will be given to the seller for his approval. The seller and his advocate will verify the draft sale deed and approve it or may suggest suitable deletions, additions or amendments. The purpose is to bring forth the correct intention of the parties to the Sale Deed.

On approval of the draft Sale Deed, the same has to be prepared on a quality or a document paper. In Karnataka it may be prepared on good quality paper like bond paper or green paper and the stamp duty may be paid by way of demand draft or pay order or cash. The exact amount of stamp duty should be ascertained from the Sub Registrar office. Purchaser is liable to pay the Stamp duty as per value stated in the documents or as per the Sub- Registrar office value whichever is higher.

Dear Sir,

please help with reading query first, what is use of spamming. This way you will block so many users replies. please refrain from just posting irrelvant data. You have done this for my other query as well.  just try to help , if thats not possible atleast dont misguide by replying irrlevent data.  This will spoil trust on platform.

I will report both these incidences to admin that you are doing help intext of spamming and misleading disucssion. STOP that.  if you are not helping thats okay but atleast DONT spoil thread for earning points.

This is for people who are already in pain and you put additional petrol by posting some irrelvant data which is not at all going to help.
