Recently my sister's husband expired on 10/08/2013 in Doha, Qatar due to cancer in lungs and he hospitalized about 3 months and he expired in the hospital, and got info that person dead, and expired person's brother is also there with him, who is handling all his business leads. My sister's husband is owning vehicle there and he was work for New systems engineering in doha, qatar as driver. We sent no objection letter from my sister side to bring body to India and they cancelled pasport and sent body to India, and we do not know what are all his wealth there or his earnings from the company or any benefits which should come from the company, nothing has got. my sister husband's brother who is managing al his business, saying nothing is there, not event 100 rupee is there from his side. My sister is having 2 kids 12 and 7 years old, surviving in a very bad situation for their daily bread. please help me what are the ways to approach legally.
