Hi,
I'm a srilankan but shifted to India in my mother's passport in 1996 and then in 2009 i got my new passport in srilankan high commission chennai and i was staying in India till 2011.
When I got my visa to London in the airport on (21/09/2011) I was stamped overstay and exit in my passport at chennai, I need to return back to India for my wedding.
Please let me know the procedure to get the visa and suggest me the visa that I should take to get married in India.
Will I be allowed to enter India? My fiance is an Indian.
