I am planning to buy one CGHS flat in Delhi via bank auction. I already own a CGHS flat in Delhi transferred through gift deed by mother in law. I subsequently took the membership for the same as well.
Would like to know can I own two CGHS flats in Delhi one with membership and one without membership
