My query is, If A Tenent staying in a flat of Pagdi system tenency for more than 30 years in mumbai , Is there any way by which he can claim and become owner of the said premises without will of Landlord. Reverse possession law can work over here in favour of Tenent? pls discuss n advice Thanksgiving
A tenent is always a tenet .... until he don't buy the property he has rented he can never be owner.
If the landord has claimed property or rent for more than twelve years he may have achance to claim owner by prescrition
