Pagdi system room rights

"I'm currently residing in a Pagdi system room under my late father-in-law's name, as both my father-in-law and husband have passed away. Now, with our building slated for redevelopment, I have a couple of questions:

1.Will the ownership of the room transfer to my name during or after the redevelopment process?
2.Does my sister-in-law have any rights to the room? She already owns 2BHK and she is financially stable."

Pagdi system tenancy rights can be inherited by the legal heirs of the deceased tenant.

If the wife and children of the deceased tenant have predeceased the tenant then the surviving legal heirs of the deceased deceased can claim rights during redevelopment process.

Your sister in law being one of the legal heirs of your deceased father in law can claim her share in the redeveloped property as a right.

Where is the property situated? Is it in Maharashtra?
