Panchayat Property Tax

Hi Friends,

As per Tamilnadu Panchanat Act  and Municipaliteis Act  Educational Institutions are exempted from Property Tax.  But TN Government ammended Panchayat Act only deleting exemption given to Education Insitutions.  Madras High Court has dismissed petitions under Article 14 and Article 41 about this discrimination.

Any friends give me points to get releif from courts.
