IF COMPERMISE TAKEN PLACE BETWEEN PARTIES IT IS NOT NECESSARY  OF PANCHNAMA, YOU  HAVE  DEPOSITED  PUNCHNAMA  AMOUNT IN COURT, WHETHER THE SAID AMOUNTS ARE WITHDRWAN  BY PUNCH,  IF SAID AMOUNT WITHDRWAN BY PUNCH THEN IT IS DIFFICULT GET BACK SAID AMOUNT, IF AMOUNT IS NOT WTHRWAN BY PUNCH YOU MAY FILE  APPLICATION  IN COURT & REQUEST  PARTIES HAVE COMPERMISED  MATTER HENCE YOU ARE NOT PRESSING  PUNCHNAMA  APPLICATION AND ASK PERMISSION FOR REFUND OF PUNCHNANA  FEE/AMOUNT.
