Pls can some one share with me , how ESIC is enforced on a particular area ?? What are the parameters the Govt looks for while justifying its applicablity? whether it is the number of working people in an area or what other ??
Can some one help me in this matter as this has been applied to our area which is not industrilased nor there are any large industries !!
