My parents are continuously torturing me and harassing me threatening me on which I informed that if you parents will continue torturing me I will block you and yesterday I had blocked them. Now they are sending me threats that if I'm not in contact with them they will file False Missing case against me again which they did earlier also. What actions I can take now?Can informing or notifying Police for their future action can be right?

As per the situation you've illustrated above it's obvious that you're getting mentally harassed by such issues going on in your life. Thus, as a first step you may file a complaint against your parents in a local police station stating all sorts of torture or harassment that you're dealing with and give a special reference to the "false missing report" that was filed by your parents earlier and that they still have the same intentions.
In case filing the complaint does not changes the scenarios in your life, then you may engage a prudent lawyer and file a writ against your parents in the High Court that has competent jurisdiction over the matter, since it's your fundamental right to live peacefully without any sort of mental torture or harassment.
