In Mumbai the parsi colony buildings are owned by the Parsi trusts and the residents are the tenants of the trust, hence the trust has the legal right to charge parking charges from the tenants. Incidently all the residents are parsis. The tenants should approach the trustees for a mutual understanding. Failing which they may approach Hon. Court but that may prove unfructuous.
