Sir, I have registered member of co operative housing society. I was applied to society for parking slot in our building as per Bye laws No 83 but regected without any reason. society not foll Bye Laws No 78 to 84 which is clear about Parking Slot allotment.
Developer allotted parking spaces before formation of society to specific members and now most of the beneficiaries of that parking spaces so they do not follow the Bye Laws No 78 to 84.
please advice me how to do now
